As someone who has never sold a house before, I was thankful to find Heath Montgomery at KW Williams and his team. Heath and Jenna walked me through the process step by step and never missed a beat. They were honest and up front with me, which was something I truly appreciated. They assisted in selling my home making it as stress free and painless as possible. Their communication was stellar. I knew what the next step was because they kept me informed all the way through. Heath made sure he contacted me at least a couple times a week, sometimes everyday. He was available by text and email as well. Any questions I had, Heath responded promptly. My house was sold in a little over a month. He knows the Reno/Sparks market and his negotiation skills are unmatched. I cannot say enough about his integrity. His experience in real estate is top-notch. I promise you, there is no need to research any further. If you do not sign with Heath, you're making a huge mistake.

Heath is very easy to work with. He was instrumental in setting the asking price and had great insight regarding the Sparks real estate market. He advised us leading up to the listing date and helped us to set up a plan to sell quickly, which we did. I highly recommend Heath and his team. We are very satisfied with our experience!

Very professional and courteous. Our house sold in less than a month after listing. Heath and his team gave great advice and met our needs. They gave us updates and kept us informed during the entire process.
